etnies Girl team surfer and Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) icon Serena Brooke will make her second appearance on Fuel TV’s “The Daily Habit” on Wednesday, March 14, at 6 p.m. PDT (9 p.m. EDT). Watch Serena as she joins host Pat Parnell and musical guest Clinic in the studio to talk about life on the ASP World Championship Tour (WCT), surfing travels around the world and her latest projects.
A highly regarded ASP veteran with more than a decade of experience, Serena regained her coveted spot on the WCT in 2005 after fighting her way back from injuries. She finished 2005 ranked 12th, but dropped off the Tour for 2007. Serena is currently training hard and focusing on competing in the World Qualifying Series (WQS). Her hard work is already paying off with a third place finish in the first WQS event of the season, the five-star Roxy Pro in Phillips Island, Australia, in January. Next up for Serena, she’ll compete at the five-star Midori Pro in Merewether, Newcastle, Australia, on March 12-17.
Serena’s “Daily Habit” episode will re-air later the night of March 14 at 9:00 p.m. PDT (12:00 a.m. EDT), and again on Thursday, March 15, at 5:30 a.m. PDT (8:30 a.m. EDT) and 12:00 p.m. PDT (3:00 p.m. EDT). (Check local listings as airtimes can vary by location.)
